How do I get the courage to start an artist management company?
What I am afraid of is if I can find the courage and knowledge in me, to run my own [artist management] company. I have faith, but still some doubts in my head.

What I say is, FIND the courage. You are going to have doubts all the time. You are going to have doubts for the rest of your life if you DON’T attempt to run your own business. If you have the desire to be an entrepreneur, than I say you need to at least give it try. Take it one step at a time. Things become clearer as you move forward. Write out a list of everything you want for your business (goals), and then prioritize that list. Get to work on the most important things first. Every single month, re-make your goals list, and re-prioritize. It’s going to be a lot of work, so you’d better be passionate and driven.

Last tip. Don’t quit your day job just yet. Keep as much financial reserve and income coming in as you can to keep you from getting too stressed financially. When your own business is making enough money, than you can make the judgement call to quit your day job or not.
Hope this helps!
