Pam Tillis, daughter of Country Music Royalty, carved her own path in music, recording hits like “Shake the Sugar Tree”,“Maybe It Was Memphis”and”Mi Vida Loca”. With multiple number ones and top ten singles, she’s generated three CMA awards, two Grammys, and numerous nominations. Pam’s soulful approach to songwriting led to acclaimed albums like “Rhinestoned,” her latest album “Looking For A Feeling” and successful ventures like ‘Dos Divas’ withLorrie Morgan. Her captivating performances, whether at the Grand Ole Opry or Nashville’s Bluebird Cafe, continue to enchant audiences worldwide. Currently, she tours solo and with Lorrie Morgan on their “Grits And Glamour” tour.

Sarah Fleshner, the visionary behind 362 Entertainment, discovered her passion for music at just 13 years old. She honed her skills early, running live sound and participating in the production of three albums throughout her school years. After high school, she spent seven years on the road, managing and running live sound for a local artist, gaining invaluable experience in the music industry.

In 2019, Sarah laid the groundwork for her own entertainment company. Two weeks before the pandemic brought the music world to a halt in March 2020, 362 Entertainment officially became an LLC. During the downtime, Sarah focused on professional growth, immersing herself in online classes, Zoom calls, and mentorships with seasoned industry professionals who generously shared their wisdom.

Based in Texas, Sarah has also found a second home in Nashville, TN, where she connects deeply with the city’s rich musical heritage. Over the past 12 years, she has worked tirelessly to help artists navigate the complexities of the music business.

Her work includes managing country music legend Pam Tillis, collaborating on projects with celebrated artists such as Michael Martin Murphy and Lorrie Morgan, and helping countless independent artists release music, build their careers, and better understand the music industry. From songwriting and recording to live performance and concert production, Sarah’s passion lies in empowering artists to bring their creative visions to life.

Her mission is clear: to provide artists with the freedom to create authentic music that resonates with audiences. As an entertainment consultant, manager, and producer, Sarah has established herself as a driving force in the industry.
