All products and services provided by SmartistU Inc., including but not limited to digital downloads, courses, templates, toolkits, trainings, and any associated content, are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. By purchasing from us, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own personal use. You may not share, distribute, reproduce, resell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any portion of our products or content without prior written permission.

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by SmartistU Inc., including but not limited to text, videos, graphics, branding, frameworks, and templates, are owned by or licensed to SmartistU Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. We reserve the right to change pricing, modify offers, or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access to materials, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product sales page. Any specific refund guarantees, if offered, will be governed by the terms outlined on the applicable sales page and will override this policy.

SmartistU Inc. makes no guarantees regarding results, income, success, or outcomes from the use of our products or services. You acknowledge that results vary based on individual effort, experience, skill level, and external factors beyond our control.
